Free Shipping: Orders above ₹299 qualify for free standard shipping.
Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹25 applies to orders below ₹299.
Express Shipping: Additional charges apply and will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
You can track your order through our Order Tracking Portal or the courier partner’s website.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 -5 days, contact our support team.
5. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
Your order may not be delivered due to:

Take clear photos of the product and packaging as proof.
Report the issue within 3Â hours of delivery via our customer support email/phone.
We will review the complaint and offer a replacement or refund, based on our Return & Refund Policy.
