You can return eligible products within 3 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Check the product page for return eligibility.

Go to My Orders, select the item, and click Return. Follow the instructions to schedule a pickup or self-ship the product

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and verified. Wallet refunds may be faster.

Exchanges are available for selected products. If eligible, you will see the exchange option while requesting a return.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.

Some items, like personalized products, perishable goods, or certain hygiene-related items, are non-returnable. Check the product page for details.

You can track your return request in My Orders under the “Returns” section.

Return shipping is free for eligible returns. If self-shipping is required, we may reimburse the shipping cost as per our policy.

Yes, go to My Orders > Returns and cancel the request before pickup is scheduled.
